Sekinari Nii (二井 関成, Nii Sekinari?, born March 20, 1943) is the governor of Yamaguchi Prefecture in Japan, first elected in 1996. A native of Mine, Yamaguchi and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he joined the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1966.
